Severe weather rolls through area

Several lines of storms, some severe, crossed Northeast Wisconsin last evening. Severe Thunderstorm warnings were issued for portions of Marinette and Oconto Counties. The National Weather Service in Green Bay received a report of three quarter inch hail a mile east northeast of Crivitz.  Marinette and Oconto Counties were included in a large area of Central and Northeast Wisconsin under a tornado watch last evening. The National Weather Services says a tornado touched down near Augusta in Eau Claire County about 8:15 last evening. They plan to assess damage today.
