THE M&M CHILDREN’S MUSEUM RECEIVES A HEFTY GRANT

The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD) yesterday awarded 21 Rural Development Fund Grants promote the sustainability of land-based industries and support infrastructure that benefits rural communities.  The grants include $100,000 to the M&M Children’s Museum in Menominee to support the construction and renovation of the Children’s Museum, a place for the community and surrounding area to use for learning, socializing and exercise.
