City of Marinette Summer Decorations and Complementary US Military Veteran Flags

Lot owners and those caring for graves in the following City of Marinette Cemeteries: Forest Home, Congregation Montifiore, Sons of Jacob, and Woodlawn may place summer decorations on graves beginning Friday, May 9^th. Any floral beds upon graves must be cut out of the sod and kept weeded at all times. If decorations become unsightly due to overgrown grass or weeds, they will be removed so trimmer’s can trim around the marker. Decorations mounted on wire tripods are prohibited. The deer and rabbit problem should be taken into consideration when placing live plants. Your florist can recommend a type of plant that wildlife do not like.  Please use your discretion when placing decorations that may be valuable as the city is no9t responsible for stolen or vandalized items.
