2025 SEASONAL ROAD WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS LIFTED SOUTH OF CTY X

Effective Monday, April 21, 2025 at 7:00 am, seasonal weight restrictions for spring thaw will be lifted on all Marinette County highways from County Trunk Highway X and southward. Town roads may still have bans in effect so carriers should check with the respective town(s). Weight restrictions will still be in effect for all county highways north of County Trunk Highway X. Permits to operate in excess of these limits will be granted for emergency situations only. Overweight/Oversize permits can be obtained from the Highway Department in Peshtigo, or downloaded from the Marinette County website.  Carriers are encouraged to suspend operations and contact the Marinette County Highway Department at (715) 582-3771 if visible road damage is encountered.
