Charges have been filed against three suspects in a March 27th Incident where shots were allegedly fired at a residence near Cottage Row and Hattie Street in the City of Marinette. 20-year-old Emmah K. Camps of Oconto is charged with one count of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety as a Party to a Crime and one count Discharge Firearm in a Vehicle – Building or Vehicle as a Party to a Crime. 19-year-old Bruce D. Johnson III of Green Bay faces one count of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, one count of Discharge Firearm in a Vehicle – Building or Vehicle, one count Bail Jumping Felony, Bail Jumping Misdemeanor, and one count Carry concealed weapon. A 17-year-old male who will not be identified faces one count First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety as a Party to a Crime as well as Possession of a Dangerous Weapon by a Person under 18. Camps is scheduled for a May 5th initial appearance in Marinette County Circuit Court. Johnson’s bond was set at $50,000 cash at an initial appearance April 2nd. He has an adjourned initial appearance on May 5th. On Thursday, March 27th at approximately 2:52am, Marinette County Dispatch received multiple 911 calls for the report of gunshots near Cottage Row and Hattie Street within the City of Marinette. As a result of a preliminary investigation law enforcement determined that a residence near this area was struck by gunfire. Officers learned, that before this incident there was a disturbance involving individuals at the targeted residence.
